The room was newly remodeled, boasting a fresh carpet smell and cozy amenities like a Keurig machine.As a family that loves exploring, we enjoyed a stroll through Richmond's River District, which was easily accessible from the hotel. We made sure to go for a historic canal cruise through downtown Richmond, which added a touch of adventure to our trip.Although the maid service was a bit lacking in replenishing supplies, the comfortable beds and well-stocked bathroom made up for it. The proximity to dining options like O'Charley's was a bonus for our family dinners.Holiday Inn Express Richmond provided a family-friendly experience with memorable moments to cherish.
